$2 Million Transacted Day 1
Pittsburgh, PA — Prodigo, whose supply chain management solutions are used to improve supply chain performance, is pleased to announce that Cincinnati Children’s Hospital has “gone live” with ProdigoMarketplace, the company’s flagship product. Replacing Jaggaer (formerly SciQuest), Cincinnati Children’s selected Prodigo to drive contract compliance and more effective clinical collaborations.
During its first day of availability, nearly $2 million in spend was transacted through ProdigoMarketplace. More than 100 concurrent users were recorded accessing more than 5 million active items and prices. 22 hosted supplier catalogs, a custom Special Request page and more than a dozen punch out sites were available when the system went live.
“First day results speak for themselves. The implementation and ‘go live’ were handled professionally—as smooth as we expected,” said Debra Burns, Children’s lead business analyst on the project. “We appreciate that other leading pediatric medical centers are Prodigo clients and see value in being a new member of the network.”
Cincinnati Children’s joins Boston Children’s Hospital and UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh as Prodigo customers, all regarded as segment leaders. The addition of Cincinnati Children’s further strengthens Prodigo’s already prolific command of pediatric/adolescent healthcare market data.
