Oklahoma’s Integris Health “Goes Live” With Prodigo

Minimized Change Management and Implementation Expertise Highlighted

Pittsburgh, PA — Prodigo Solutions is pleased to announce INTEGRIS Health, the largest healthcare provider in Oklahoma and a US News & World Report “Top 25” system, has successfully launched ProdigoMarketplace, the company’s flagship product.

Gina Tauber RN BSN, MHA, Director of Supply Chain Analytics & Systems, commented on the quality of implementation support delivered by Prodigo.  “From our early design discussions, to our PeopleSoft eProcurement (‘ePro’) integration, and throughout the consolidation of our supplier content and custom configuration work, we realized we were surrounded by experts. Prodigo’s people stayed with us in the trenches and performed the required work on-the-fly. They inspired confidence.”

“We minimize changes to existing requester workflows by making the transition between ProdigoMarketplace and ePro totally seamless,” said Marlin Doner, Prodigo’s Senior Director of Product Strategy, Marketing & Innovation. “In this case, we literally kept the same click sequences, cleaned up several pre-requisition steps in PeopleSoft [better page presentation and utility] and still delivered the ‘Amazon-like’ user experience.”

ProdigoMarketplace delivers a central supplier catalog hub where data are automatically enriched and continuously maintained. Clients are synched to the largest virtual item master in healthcare. Added Ms. Tauber: “While the data management provided by Prodigo is huge for us, I want to re-emphasize our implementation success. Our ‘go-live’ event proved anticlimactic —exactly what I had hoped and expected.”
