Prodigo Solutions was born from healthcare supply chain leaders to deliver value to peer healthcare providers.
Prodigo's Genesis: Unlike many companies in the healthcare space, Prodigo Solutions has a unique genesis. Supply chain leaders at UPMC saw a burning need to address pain points in the areas of contract compliance, automation, data quality and user experience. The group took action and in early 2008 by teaming with the system's internal venture group to launch Prodigo Solutions. Armed with a compelling success story and proven technology, Prodigo is focused on leveraging the UPMC platform to deliver savings and value for healthcare providers.
